CONHPOL AT THE GDS DÜSSELDORF FAIR

Dusseldorf Conhpol

Three days, the latest trends in the spring/summer 2016 season, international visitors, and the big-name global brands – on July 29, Global Destination for Shoes and Accessories (GDS) Düsseldorf Fair opened its doors. Among numerous  exhibitors Poland’s contribution to high quality footwear was proudly represented by CONHPOL.

GDS Footwear and Accessories Fair in Düsseldorf actually sets new trends in European shoe fashion for the following seasons. It is here that international clientele meets major international brands, and CONHPOL, a family-owned company based in Stanisław Dolny, holds its exhibition stand at the Fair for the 11th time running. The CONHPOL story goes all the way back to 1978 when Mr Henryk Konopka, the founder of the brand, started up his shoe-making operations in the place of his birth near Kraków.

Nowadays, CONHPOL is a worldwide recognized brand which still proudly retains its family character and combines its outstanding craftsmanship, a by-word for high-quality, with global fashion trends. Today CONHPOL handmade shoes are worn by Arab sheikhs, European businessmen, politicians, and even by BOR government security service officers.

CONHPOL brought down to the Fair its fine collection for the spring/summer 2016 season. The long-standing tradition of manual footwear making is well complemented by the latest trends in shoe fashion, i.e. shoes made of natural, exotic leathers, diverse cuoio colour schemes, transparent soles, and leather braiding effect, that can well give even the classic shoes an unique flair.

It is also a perfect venue for meeting up with many loyal customers who have been coming back to the Düsseldorf Fair for years, and thanks to whom CONHPOL shoes found their way to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Canada, Russia and Kazakhstan, and actually are there to stay. Their business partners would therefore find no difficulty whatsoever in making themselves understood to CONHPOL representatives in four languages, i.e. English, German, Russian, and of course – Polish.

The Düsseldorf GDS Fair lasts until July 31. It’s a great opportunity for meeting face to face with all European trendsetters, as well as to see at first hand what a big-time Polish brandname has to offer.
